Return & Refund Policy


Thanks for shopping at Tapphire Creations.


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 




You have 30 calendar days to notify us a problem with your purchase.  You will have the option to return the item for either a refund or an exchange for store credit.


To be eligible for a return or exchange your item:


·         Must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

·         Include the original packaging

·         Explanation of where it was purchased (through our website or the name of the event if purchased in-person)


Refunds & Exchanges


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

Item.  Once your return is approved, we will initiate either a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), or issue store credit in the form of a Tapphire Creations gift card.


In order to receive a refund, you will need to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase. 


In the absence of a receipt, we will issue store credit equivalent to the most recent sale price.


You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.




You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.


If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Manufacturing Defect


Our items are handcrafted and we strive for excellence in workmanship.  If something goes wrong we want to know about it!  We will make every effort to repair the item to original condition. 


Please send an email to and provide the following details:

·         Where was the item purchased (online or at an in-person event)?

·         How did the item fail?

·         Please provide a picture of the item


If the item fails within 30 days of purchase and we are not able to repair the item, we will issue a refund or store credit.  If the item fails after 30 days from the date of purchase, we will discuss options if the item is unrepairable.
