We are often asked where does the name "Tapphire" come from?

 

Well, Tapphire Creations is a mother-daughter duo of Tabitha and her mother, Shannon.  Tabitha was the original creative genius behind our designs and her favorite gem is sapphire.  Without Tabby there would be no Tapphire Creations and therefore our venture is named for her.  

We make handmade jewelry from a variety of mediums including: glass, stone, polymer clay, metals and even materials reclaimed from cast off costume jewelry finds from garage sales and thrift stores! 

 

Each design is a unique one-of-a-kind Creation handmade with love and is a small piece of a large picture story about family and adolescence.
